Surprise 60th Birthday Party

On July 9th, 2016, Jon, my daughter, Michelle, and my ex-wife's (Karen) sisters threw a surprise birthday party for Karen and me. We both turned 60 this year. (My birthday is at the end of June and Karen's is at the end of July.) To keep the party a surprise, they told me it was for Karen and they told her it was for me...

It was a total surprise! A lot of good friends and relatives showed up. I was truly humbled at the turn-out.

BTW, I HATE surprises and I will repay Jon, Michelle, Joann and Kathy at some point in the future. They won't know when, but it will happen! :)
